Cinergi Systems was founded in 1994, initially delivering Software Engineering, Project Management and Quality Management Services. It trades as Cinergi Systems Pty Ltd (ACN 067 455 350). In 1996, Cinergi was commissioned to develop the core business application for NZ Transport Agency, which supported the business processes for funding, planning, management and administration of the multi-billion dollar Capital and Maintenance Programs for all state highways. The system was replaced by SAP in 2014, marking the end of any software engineering endeavours at a corporate level.
